P AND S CARE LIMITED’s main aim is to set the standard in the health and social care sector by delivering exceptional care and support with a team who have a real passion for delivering person-centred care and support with dignity, respect and honesty, which is valued by our service users.· We will be available to our service users 24 hours a day, every day of the year for supported living and domiciliary care.. We will regularly check and monitor the services that our service users are receiving to ensure that we are working to the highest possible standards.
· It is P AND S CARE LIMITED’s policy to always listen to the needs and wishes of the service users, both at the initial assessment and then at regular reviews. In this way the service users are actively involved in creating the care and support package that is person-centred and outcome-focused P AND S CARE LIMITED aims to provide services in the homes of the service users and in supported living settings whenever required and, in the manner, requested.
· At P AND S CARE LIMITED, every care and support plan is fully adaptable to meet the ever-changing needs of the service user. No detail is too small to warrant a change. Our care and support plans are outcome driven and flexible to suit the individual. Our policies and procedures are written in compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008, Care Act 2014 and the Care Quality Commission’s Essential Standards of Quality and Safety.
