About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them with daily activities such as personal hygiene, medication reminders, meal preparation, and companionship.

Key Responsibilities

•    Assisting clients with personal care and daily living activities

•    Supporting medication administration as directed

•    Preparing meals and assisting with feeding if required

•    Providing companionship and emotional support

•    Maintaining accurate records of care provided

•    Ensuring client safety and wellbeing at all times

Requirements

•    Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)

•    Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential – full training provided

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•    Reliable, caring, and able to work independently

•    Willingness to undergo DBS check and relevant training
